Successful Sales Opportunity pursuit requires sales professionals to be strategic in planning and precise in tactical execution. This workshop provides participants with the skills and tools to be well grounded in identifying, pursuing and winning profitable sales opportunities in a business-to-business (B2B) sales setting.


You will learn how to grade and classify sales opportunities, and then prioritize their pursuit using an opportunity management blueprint created specifically for each sales opportunity or opportunity type, resulting in increased wins at faster close rates.
