Participants use the provided tools to help them identify the key interests of all stakeholders, brainstorm options, and establish fair standards you can all agree on.

The video cases show many practical negotiation techniques in action & shows how to deconstruct the key issues when stuck. This program is designed to help participants sharpen their skills and ultimately achieve successful negotiations, most of the time. It provides a framework, advice, and tools to help participants move from confrontation and compromise to collaboration and creativity leading to better working relationships and personal success.
